"I was born in 1962. In 1986, I graduated from the Faculty of Graphics of the Academy of Arts, majoring in illustration, although I always wanted to work in restoration. I was able to fulfill my dream and worked with the restoration group in Bethania, where I also studied icon painting. I have painted about 20 churches, but I never gave up on painting.
I create and prepare paints with my own hands, process natural pigments and use them both for iconography and painting.
My works are kept in different private collections: Georgia, United States of America, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Russia and Australia".
