Solomon Kalandadze

"I was born in 1956 in Guria, in the village of Khidistavi, Chokhatauri district.
Drawing is my passion. I do not belong to any particular movement. I draw everything that I like and that moves my soul.

I paint landscapes. I love nature, which is the creator of everything
It's on the surface, you just have to see it and pick it out. That's why I go around, take photos, make sketches, and then transfer it all to the canvas.

In the 1990s, I took part in the spring school of self-taught artists
At the autumn exhibitions in Tbilisi, in the "artist's house". actively
I cooperated with art salons where the works of self-taught artists approved and evaluated by the Art Council were exhibited and sold.

I was also a member of the Youth Union of the Union of Artists of Georgia. In 2020, a personal exhibition of my paintings was organized in an art gallery in the city of Poti.
