Mygallery is a platform created for artists and galleries working in Georgia, where they have the opportunity to post their works. Users can browse, select and buy the desired work online through the website.

1. When using the website, you:

- You confirm that you are an adult of 18 years of age, or a person of 16 years of age, and you have the permission of the relevant persons to enter into this Agreement, receive services through the website and dispose of the relevant funds;

- You will comply with the terms of use of the website provided for in the agreement;

- Provide the information requested by us fully and accurately in order to use our services;

- You will protect copyright and intellectual rights, you will not copy and distribute all or any part of the information on the website in any form and for any purpose;

- You will strictly protect the security and confidentiality of your personal account, you will not disclose your page security accounts to any third party, in order to protect your personal account information;

- You will not take any action aimed at obtaining personal and confidential information of another user, including account security codes, or disposing of another user's personal assets;

- You will not impersonate another user or use another user's personal data and page;

- You will not take any action that endangers the proper functioning of the website or service.

- You will not perform any action that is prohibited by law, this agreement and the rules established for receiving services through similar websites;

- Please note that if access to the website is impossible, interrupted or restricted or if the website does not work quickly and properly, there is a high probability that you will not be able to receive the service and the payment will be completed successfully. In order to avoid misunderstandings, you are obliged to refrain from using the website/receiving services. In case you continue to use the website despite the mentioned circumstances, you are responsible for the consequences and risk.

2. Registration

- The product can be purchased based on the product order on the website (after registration).

- By registering or entering information on the Website, you agree to submit only accurate, complete registration information, and to update that information if it changes. When registering, you will receive an individual mandate for authorization in the system (login to the "account" with your name and password). Please note that the password used when creating an account should not be shared with third parties for security reasons.

- Note that the specified e-mail address and contact number must be active, all necessary information will be sent to you mainly by e-mail during order processing.

3. Works posted on the website

- Please note that only one version of the artwork on the website is available. If it turns out that the work you purchased on the website has already been sold by the artist or gallery through another sales channel, we will notify you and offer you an alternative. If this alternative is not acceptable to you, the amount paid will be returned to you.

- If any work is accidentally marked with an incorrect size or sale price, you will be notified of the error as soon as possible. If this change is not acceptable to you, we will offer you another alternative.

- If this alternative is not acceptable, the amount paid will be returned to you.

- Photos of the works posted on the website are the property of the website, the artist or the gallery, its use by third parties for commercial purposes is not allowed.

4. User information and terms of use

- We collect two types of information about our users: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

- Personal Identification Information. Personally identifiable information is information through which a specific user can be identified. We may ask you to provide certain information about yourself (such as your first and last name, social security number, email address, gender and date of birth) when you engage in an activity through our website, such as opening an account or purchasing a product with us. When paying for a product, we may also ask you to provide your card number, expiration date, authentication code or other relevant information. The latter is not stored on our website, as the payment is made through the secure page of our partner Unifai. Therefore, we do not have access to your card information.

- The information you provide may be used by us

- To process your order;

- With a statistical point of view, in order to improve the service;

- To manage the website;

- To make special offers that may be of interest to you and to provide you with information.

5. Settlement

- Payment can be made by credit or debit card of any bank operating in Georgia. By using the card, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you have the right to use the card from the owner.

- Personal banking data is entered directly on the Unify payment page, which fully ensures data protection and security.

6. Delivery

- The work purchased on the website will be delivered to the address specified in the order within 3 working days from the order. Please note that the artwork must be picked up by the person who placed the order. It is necessary to inspect the product upon delivery of the order and to confirm the delivery of the work to the addressee by signing the receipt.

- In case of delay in the delivery time, you will be notified on the specified e-mail or mobile number.

7. Return

 - Please take a good look at the item when the courier arrives.

- If you believe that the work was not correctly perceived and evaluated - you can return the work within 2 days of receiving the order.

- If you want to return, write to us on social networks or e-mail info@mygallery.ge.

- Please note that for returns, the item must be unframed and must be returned in the same form as it was delivered to your address by the courier.
